Prior to working with a "buyer", agents are now required to obtain written representation from the buyer. That is not new, it is just being enforced in order to level the playing field in negotiations.
Is a 2% Exclusive Listing fee for real?
ButtonYes. Traditionally in Florida, sellers have paid the buyer's agent commission. We list properties for 2%, and require the buyer to pay their own agent.
